The food was great and there was plenty of it for the Christmas feast. the location was perfect for skiing and we had easy access to the slopes. We also appreciated the free shuttle to the ski lift. the festive decor was also a plus and added to the holiday spirit.
The rooms were disappointing and not as comfortable as advertised. the heating system wasn't working properly, making the room too cold.

We spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in the Austrian Alps. The breathtaking mountain views from our room were mesmerizing. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with fresh eggs and delicious pastries. The shuttle service to the nearby ski lift was also a convenient touch.
The spa facilities were a bit overcrowded and the sauna etiquette was not always followed by other guests. , the room service was often delayed and not up to par.
